14-year-old lures fellow child into sodomy

According to the police spokesperson, Fred Enanga, who was addressing the media during the weekly security press conference at their headquarters in Naguru, Mbuguwa promised the boy whose identity has been concealed that he would give him two packets of lato milk if he accepted to be sodomised.

On the eventful day (March 8 2023), Enanga narrated, the boy was taken to the dormitory during hours when no one was there and sodomised.

“Kimatha lured the 8-year-old boy into sodomy after he promised to give him two packs of lato milk. The boy was taken to the dormitory when no was there and sodomised by the fellow pupil,” Enanga told the media, adding that Mbuguwa threatened he would punish the little boy if he reported him to the school authorities.  

The two boys are pupils at Plato Children School, a boarding primary school in Bukoto Zone, Nakawa Division.

The boy allegedly complained to the sister after he developed pain in the lower abdomen (anus) and thereafter told her exactly what happened.

The sister then reported the matter to the school authorities who immediately reported the incident to Police.

Enanga said Police carried out investigations and found out the boy had been sodomised which led to the arrest of Mbuguwa.

In a related incident, Police has also arrested a 60-year-old man for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old imbecile girl.

The man who has since been identified as Semombwe Lawrence was caught red handed by Nabawanuka Prossy, a neigbour who called out for help from the neigbourhood.

Semombwe who is a resident of Kituku cell in Kasawo town council, Mukono district has since been arrested by Police.
