"It will be more than just a show," said Ampurire, adding that Stress Clinic won't just stop at entertainment but it will be a platform to create jobs through people that will be hired to perform and those offering services.

For the first edition, the performers include Madoxx Ssemanda Sematimba, Keko, Winnie Nwagi, Bizonto, Agnes Akite, Sammy and Shawa, Madrat & Chiko, Maulana & Reign and Merry Hearts.

DJ Nimrod and DJ Niyo will set the tone for the event alongside Yeffe Band.

Karma Music, the record label started by Sheebah Karungi, alias Queen Karma, has partnered with Stess Clinic to do its last two rounds of selecting talent to join the label from the event.

Mike Turyakira, who heads the label, said that after auditions that attracted over 600 participants, they are now left with four competitors.

At that edition, Sheebah Karungi will perform.

Keko, who was also present at the media briefing, noted that she hasn't been on stage for over six years, so revelers should look forward to a fire performance.

She also noted that she'll be introducing new music

"It is a great platform for up and coming artistes," Keko hailed Stress Clinic, adding: "I'm glad to support platforms showcasing new."
