Diana said that she and the WCB Wasafi Record Label boss recorded some songs that are yet to be released and he didn't ask for any cash.
"My collaboration was for free," Diana said when she was asked how much she paid for the collabo.
The question was prompted by a recent revelation by Ugandan singer Aziz Azion who said that Platnumz offered to collaborate with him but he failed to commit because he didn't have the cash to inject into the kind of music video Platnumz wanted.
"At the time I didn't have the money... that's why we didn't do the song," said Azion.
Platnumz made the offer the first time he came to Kampala. Platnumz has been here in 2014, 2017 and 2019.
Platnumz latest performance in Kampala was on July 14, 2023, at Kololo Airstrip during the Comedy Store Fundraising Concert and he performed Aziz Azion's song Nkumira Omukwano and dedicated it to Zari Hassan, his baby mama.
"I'm full of joy," Azion said when he was asked how he felt about Platnumz performing his song.
"It's just that you can't see it... I was happy when I received a clip of him performing the song, considering I'm nearing my concert... He was as if endorsing the concert."
Aziz Azion will hold a concert dubbed Strings of Love on November 4 at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
He said after the concert will travel to Tanzania to meet Diamond Platnumz so that they can do a remix of Nkumira Omukwano.
Meanwhile, Spice Diana said that they've not decided on who will own the songs they'll release or how they'll share earnings.
When he was here, Platnumz and Diana hit a mobile studio to record songs and she was accompanied by some of Kampala's best producers like Nessim and Daddy Andre.
