In 2003, Wine graduated from Makerere University with a diploma in music, dance, and drama (M.D.D).
Bebe Cool doubled down on mocking Bobi Wine, saying he would never pay school fees for someone pursuing studies in Music, Dance and Drama.

While responding to claims by Wine that he is richer than Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone, Cool said that the NUP leader can't compare with him on any metric.
Cool cited their education pedigree, noting that he had studied a subject combination of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 'A' Level, while Wine did MDD.
Bebe Cool went to Agha Khan Primary School, which was called Kampala Primary School at the time, then Kitante Hill School for 'O' Level and joined Makerere College School in S.5.
The controversial remarks made by Cool sparked online discussions, so during another engagement with the press corps, the Mbozi Za Malwa singer was asked to further comment on the issue.
"The issue of PCM and MDD can only be understood by people who went to school," said Cool.
"... if you didn't go to school, you won't understand me... you can't understand the capacity one needs to study [PCM] and the capacity of the brain needed to do MDD.
"As a parent, when a child comes and tells me they are going to do MDD at Makerere, I just tell them to use that money to start a fish market.
"But if a kid doing PCM tells me five times they are repeating a class, I will give them the money.
Bebe Cool didn’t complete ‘A’ level.
