Racheal Kawala replaces Patrick Onyango as KMP spokesperson

Superintendent of Police, Racheal Kawala, is the new Kampala Metropolitan Police (KMP) Public Relations Officer (PRO).

Kawala, who has been the spokesperson for Wamala region, replace Senior Superintendent of Police, Patrick Onyango.
