In the clip, she begins by addressing the struggles faced by boys today, saying, "And I know that even boys have problems now... you hear people talking about, what do they call—mothers—something..." After being prompted with the correct term, she exclaimed, "Sugar mummies... oh my God! Why do you even call them 'sugar'? They are evil women."

Janet Museveni, who also serves as the Minister of Education and Sports, continued her remarks, highlighting that this is not just an issue faced by girls. "So, I know this is not just about girls... even boys have what they call sugar mummies running after them," she emphasised.

She urged young men to distance themselves from such relationships, warning of the potential dangers. "Run away from that 'sugar mother,' whatever she may be, because those are the ones who bring HIV/AIDS," she advised.
