The singer and pastor say up to now, she and her husband continue to have misunderstandings mostly about her church work and music career.

However, owing to her long and deep history with Pastor Bugembe as her spiritual father, Nabbosa says she has remained in touch and every now and again she goes back to Nansana to congregate with the Christians there.

The other side is home; and every other time there is a need for me to go back, for instance when Pastor Bugembe is not around, I go and stand in for him because it is family,” she said in an interview with Bukedde on Thursday.

But this extensive and overarching church and music work, she says, has not always been supported by her husband.

Nabbossa also says she always tries her best not to go overboard in order to “keep the balance.”

“The good thing is he is also born-again; he knows about ministry and we talked about this extensively before marriage. He went in knowing exactly what he was going for.”

Nabbosa and her husband are blessed with one child.
