‘We have to pretend for our kids’ - Geo Steady talks fights with Prima
Last weekend the singer and his baby mama went out for a school event with their daughters. The girls, Soraya and Solange Kigozi were born before the two separated back in 2020.
However, as was quickly pointed out on social media, the duo did not seem to connect well as per the pictures shared on their social media handles.
In the photos, either one seemed to be drawn more to the children, with no hint of chemistry between the two themselves, as fans were used to seeing them at their previous meetings as a separated couple.
Asked yesterday, about the weekend outing and how he and Kadarshi are relating lately, Geo Steady told the media that their focus as parents was now on the children.
Even when they disagree and fight with one another, he said, they have agreed to always be there for the girls.
“Co-parenting is about fighting for the needs of the kids because at this juncture, they are most important,” he said.
“Whether Mama Soraya and I had a fight last night, if the following morning there is a visitation day at school, we have to go.”
“That is the picture we have agreed to paint for the kids and as long as they are fine in mind and body, we the adults have had enough fun of our own; it is now about them.”
Asked whether his current lover, Hindu Kay, has any issues seeing him with his ex, Steady said she has no complaints at all.
“Hajjat has no negative thoughts about this; she is a Hajjat and I don't think that she has any problem with that; she’s seen much of it,” he said.
