According to Boom Play music, Vanessa’s album ‘Money Mondays’ is the most selling and the most played across East African countries.

The music streaming company also took to their Instagram page to congratulate the song bird for her achievement.

Vanessa Mdee also took her time to express her gratitude to her fans for the love they have for her and for her music.

“Thank you Asante Sana for making  the NO 1 ALBUM in East Africa  mmetishaaaaaa with over a million plays/streams. ,” she said on her Instagram page.

Vee Money’s glory comes even as her album faces stiff competition from other artistes like Diamond Platnumz and Chin Bees who launched their albums a few weeks after the launch of Money Mondays.
