Media personality, events MC & also director of Magic 1HD TV, Junior Dave Kazoora, has been arrested after defaulting to pay a bank loan.
Kazoora was reportedly arrested by court bailiffs over failure to pay a loan amounting to UGX54m.
His arrest comes almost a year after he breached the terms of payment with United Bank of Africa (UBA).
The loan had accumulated since 2015, according to a privately owned newspaper, Daily Monitor.
The Execution Division of the High Court signed a committal warrant sending Kazoora to civil prison where he will spend six months.
The bank was also ordered to pay UGX3,000 to cater for his daily meals.
A few weeks ago, he landed a lucrative deal worth millions as one of the new hosts on MTN's new product campaign.
Trouble continues to follow the celebrated events MC; in 2014, he was arrested in Rwanda over "breach of trust" and tax fraud and evasion amounting to over UGX120m.
Two years later, a Rwanda court convicted him to one year in prison and pay UGX64m in damages after losing the appeal.
