Kuhingira is a Ugandan marriage ceremony performed by people from the western part of the country where the groom pays the bride price.

Ramaphosa and his wife were on Friday welcomed by Uganda's President Museveni and his wife Janat Museveni at State House in Entebbe.

The ceremony is expected to take place tomorrow at Mbabazi's home in Kololo on Saturday August 4th.

In May, Andile Ramaphosa flanked by some of his family members, visited Mbabazi's home to officially deliver a marriage proposal to his niece.

The two families agreed to have five cows given to Andile Ramaphosa and his wife to be and five Boer goats to be handed to the aunties and uncles of Rwakairu as a token of appreciation.

Rwakairu's family also fined Andile one goat for fathering a child out of wedlock.
