Ugandan singer Eddy Kenzo took it to social media to reveal his HIV/AIDS status after rumours of suffering from the sexually transmitted disease.

He shared his HIV status results on Facebook after a tabloid claimed that doctors have cautioned him of neglecting his prescription.
The recently appointed Uganda Tourism ambassador's HIV test results from Nakasero Hospital read "NEGATIVE".
Kenzo said "I don't like proving myself right, naye let me leave this here" in a caption he shared alongside the HIV results.

He added that "if you're satisfied, go to Nakasero Hospital & Case Clinic".
The 'Sitya Loss' singer has been suffering from an illness that saw him miss a huge performance at Wembley alongside other African stars early this month.
He apologised to his fans saying "God knows why" with crying emojis. The singer checked in a hospital a few days later.
