Singer and also Member of Parliament for Kyadondo East Robert Kyagulanyi, commonly known as Bobi Wine, has answered one of the most asked questions during his interviews -- are you going to run for president?

Bobi Wine officially started his political journey last year when he won a highly contested by-election in his constituency, a landslide win that has since presented him as one of the most loved and famous MPs in the country.

In an interview with Crystal Newman on Sanyu FM, Bobi revealed that he joined politics to "play a part in the betterment of this country".

"Right now, that is my concentration and I'm trying to put all my efforts," Bobi said.

He reiterated that his priority at the moment is to serve the people he represents to be a better "MP than the guys I won".

The singer hinted about running for presidency saying "I offered myself to serve but not as per positions" but after that "we will think about other things".

"When we get to other bridges, we will cross them," he said.

Mr. Kyagulanyi has been actively engaging in several opposition party activities country wide in sensitizing and empowering people with an aim of changing the regime.
