Shell Helix Rewards Motorists under: "Bikula Bonnet and Win" Campaign

This initiative, launched on October 13, 2023, seeks to appreciate motorists in the region.

Named after the Ugandan phrase 'Bikula Bonnet,' which translates to 'open your car bonnet,' the promotion is designed to recognize and reward more than 15,000 drivers.

These rewards will be instantly granted when they either replenish their engine oil or have their vehicles serviced with Shell Helix motor oils.

Rebecca Nassiwa, the Lubricants Brand Manager at Vivo Energy Uganda, emphasized the advantages of Shell Helix motor oils, highlighting their role in enhancing engine cleanliness, fuel efficiency, and overall engine performance across various vehicle types.

During the upcoming ten weeks of the 'Bikula Bonnet and Win' campaign, customer representatives at Shell service stations throughout the country will encourage drivers to participate.

They will inspect engine oil levels, oil quality, and service history by simply opening the car bonnet. Those who choose to top up or service their cars with Shell Helix motor oils will automatically qualify for a chance to win prizes that encompass fuel top-ups, car service discounts, and exclusive Shell Helix merchandise.

At the campaign launch, held at Shell Bugolobi, Vivo Energy Uganda's Managing Director, Johan Grobbelaar, expressed the company's intent to recognize and reward their loyal customers for selecting Shell Helix motor oils and reaping the benefits of their top-quality lubricants. He encouraged all drivers to visit participating Shell stations to take advantage of this opportunity to win attractive prizes.
