Otiende Amollo opens up on the disease that has affected his brain after collapsing
A day after collapsing at a funeral, Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo has broken his silence informing the public that part of his brain had been affected.
Taking to Twitter, Amollo disclosed that a diagnosis by Doctors at the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu revealed that he had developed Malaria which had started affecting his brain.
He assured the public that all was well after he sought treatment.
The seasoned lawyer collapsed on Saturday at a funeral in Alego Usonga constituency in Siaya County shortly after reading his speech.
His collapse caused anxiety among his supporters with Siaya Senator moving in to calm the public.
Orengo linked his collapse to exhaustion owing to his busy schedule shuttling between Nairobi, his Rarieda constituency and attending various engagements in different parts of the country.
The Senate minority leader also attributed it to dehydration and assured the public that the Legislator was in stable condition.
