According to copyright laws, before sampling any form of intellectual property, the owning party of the property is expected to be in the know and contacted first for the sample to be cleared.

The removal of the club banger by Spotify is coming after the song became a global hit, topping charts on several streaming platforms especially after TikTok pushed it with video challenges.

Currently, the hit song has been removed from Spotify due to the possibility of copyright issues.
