The trailer which was heading to Nairobi’s Capital blocked the road around Uthiru area forcing town-bound vehicles to drive against traffic.

After the morning accident, the police was prompt to warn motorists against using the highway.

“There is an accident involving a trailer and another vehicle along Waiyaki Way around Uthiru area blocking traffic to town. Motorists are therefore advised to use Kanyariri road to Kabete to access the city of Nairobi,” the statement read.
