The victim, Godfrey Namale claimed that he was asleep when he was attacked.

He said he had returned home after having a drink and shortly after he fell asleep, he felt a sharp pain in his private parts and woke up to the horrifying sight of his wife holding a bloodstained knife.

20 Years

The couple has been married for the past 20 years.

Godfrey was rushed by concerned residents to the nearby Crescent Hospital where he was treated.  Neighbors alleged that the couple has been involved in several incidences of violence in the past.
