I'm crying for my son's justice - Mowzey Radio's mother

Entebbe Magistrate Court on Wednesday adjourned the case of the murder of singer Moses Ssekibogo aka Mowzey Radio for the 8th time.

The singer's mother, Kasubo Jane, wept in court after the court's Chief Magistrate adjourned the case to 18th June over pending investigations where Godfrey Troy Wamala is a main suspect.

Ms. Kasubo cried accusing his son's killer of "having food to eat and enjoying sleep".

The teary mother said she is "crying for my son's justice" because she is "mourning without any hope for justice".

She also cried out to the president to intervene with the judiciary to expeditethe trial of the prime suspect saying "Radio was one of his people".

Radio died in February after suffering severe head injuries he sustained during a brawl at a popular hangout in Entebbe.

Troy, 28, was arrested in connection to the death of the singer and is currently on remand at Kigo Prison, a government facility in Wakiso district -- he faces murder charges.
