In the video, Diana is seen at what looks like a clinic and we learn that she had gone there to have baby Heaven’s ears pierced. In the video, the specialist approaches Heaven’s ears stealthily before piercing them and the baby yells out in pain.

Thanks to the clip, the two have caught flack for what fans are calling ‘bringing pain’ to their little one.

The clip also sparked a debate on social media with fans attacking the couple for taking away Heaven’s right to choose whether or not to have her ears pierced. Others argued that the daughter is Diana’s and she can do what she thinks is best for her.

The are other fans who felt that this kind of behaviour of documenting each and every aspect of their lives was too ‘socialite-like’.
