Bobi Wines personal doctor has been allowed to see him for the first time since his arrest and torture by security operatives.

The Kyadondo East MP has been in detention since 13th August over charges of treason, unlawful possession and firearms and malicious damage of president's car

Wine's family told reporters last week that he was severely tortured and beaten. His elder brother, in a Facebook video, claimed that the 36-year-old MP's kidney was damaged and needed a transplant.
