"It wasn't easy," confessed Barugahara.

"'Abanyampi' had invaded us. They disorganised us with another concert. It wasn't even a concert, it was karaoke."

Said Balaam Barugahara: "It was a refined version of karaoke at a theatre called Freedom City. They cashed in on our fans who couldn't afford our concert by lowering entry fees."

On Kenzo

Kenzo said that when he learnt about Alien Skin's concert, he contacted the leaders of the Uganda Promoters Federation and he was able to reach Juma Balunywa, who is the spokesperson and Moses Lubulwa of Luba Events.

According to Kenzo, the duo confirmed that Barugahara was in on the deal with Abitex to come up with the Sitya Danger show.

Balaam denied that claim.

"I can't blame Eddy Kenzo because he also relied on information shared by Balunywa," said Barugahara.

Balaam said there was no arrangement between him and Abitex as claimed by Balunywa.

He said he couldn't make such a move yet he had invested Shs230 million in Pallaso's concert.

Alien Skin, who was holding his maiden concert, and Pallaso, who was hosting his fans at Lugogo Cricket Oval for the first time, had successful shows held on Friday, June 9. Pallaso is currently doing extra shows and Alien Skin has also announced his extras.
