The Prime Minister carried several parcels filled with cash, which she dolled out to the artist and his mother, live on stage.

Nabbanja was talked into attending the concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval by Gravity himself, as he revealed to the revelers.

Who am I that my concert is being attended by such honorable people,” Gravity said.

She (Nabbanja) was very tired but I pleaded with her to come and be part of this moment.”

The singer and rapper also used the Prime Minister’s attendance to throw some shade at his fellow artist Navio, who was holding a parallel concert at the Kampala Sheraton.

You know people expected that such high-ranking government officials were supposed to be at the other concert, but she decided to come here and be with the Ghetto youths,” he said.

An exited Nabbanja, while addressing the revelers, said she had known Gravity from when he was still a young artist, performing in her home district of Kakumiro.

The Premier pledged to continue supporting his music career, stating, “I am just getting started.”

Nabbanja handed out a total of nine cash envelops to Gravity. She also got to meet the singer’s mother, Mrs Jane Kajoina, to whom she also handed her own cash.

The sold-out concert was graced by tons of top artists ranging from Jose Chameleone to King Saha, who also had his birthday celebrated live on stage.
