Video: Ex-Miss Rwanda Jolly Mutesi hangs out with Mbidde's wife Phiona Nayebale

Former Miss Rwanda Jolly Mutesi and Phiona Nayebale, the wife of Fred Mukasa Mbidde, had a blast while hanging out together.

Nayebale was celebrating her birthday and Mutesi was among the guests.

In a video shared by Mutesi on Instagram, they are seen sharing a drink while toasting and giggling.

Taking to Instagram, Jolly Mutesi wrote: "Happiest birthday beautiful mrs phiona mbidde. Such an intelligent, calm and Collected woman. May all your life desires come true ❤️.welcome to the land of a thousand hills 🇷🇼 @akantonnah_001."

They wedded at Uganda Marty’s Basilica in Munyonyo, Kampala.

The guest list included Nobert Mao, the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, and Thomas Tayebwa, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament. Haruna Kasolo, the finance state minister, was Mbidde’s best man.

Mbidde was first introduced to the family of Nayebale in a traditional Gusaba ceremony, which took place in December 2019 before the COVID-19 lockdown.

Meanwhile, Jolly Mutesi hung out with different high-profile people while in Kampala.

She met reigning Miss Uganda Hannah Karema Tumukunde.

She also met businessman and engineer Joel Aita.

Eng. Aita was among the delegates that accompanied Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba during his recent trip to Rwanda.

Jolly Mutesi was Miss Rwanda in 2016.
