Media personality and comedian Mark Agaba, known as Uncle Mark, visited the Special Forces Command (SFC) headquarters in Entebbe on May 20 with his brother Moses and Moses’ wife.
The meeting followed allegations that Moses was tortured by security personnel during a presidential convoy operation months ago.
Mark later posted on X, thanking the SFC and State House team for the warm reception. He said they held a three-hour discussion and reached an agreement to support Moses’ family, address his health needs, and provide comfort after the loss of their unborn baby.

The SFC earlier confirmed it had launched an internal investigation into the incident. The allegations surfaced after Mark shared a letter on X addressed to the Ministry of Defence, UPDF, and SFC.
In the post, Mark said Moses was stopped during a presidential convoy movement while rushing home to help his pregnant wife, who had slipped in the bathroom. After parking his bike, Moses was allegedly arrested near a police post, beaten, and forced into a car boot. He was released two days later with injuries, including missing toenails.
State House released a statement acknowledging the allegations and promised a full probe.
