Spice Diana has explained the reasoning behind her decision to remove the 'Gwokute Gwobba' remix video from her YouTube channel.
The songstress revealed on Monday that it was, in fact, Uncle Chumi who asked her to pull down the song.
"I pulled down her song after discussing it with my management. I worked with Chumi, and there was disagreement, and she asked that I pull down the song,” she said.
“I could not have declined to do that because, at the end of the day, if it had been a collaboration which we both worked on from scratch, there I could resist.
“But this is a remix that I jumped on. It is her song, and she is entitled to it. It did out of respect for the good of everyone."

Fans upset
It was initially reported that the decision came after Spice Diana's fans, affectionately known as The Spice Gadgets, urged her to remove the video.
These fans reportedly voiced concerns over Uncle Chumi's behaviour, claiming that the artist had shown disrespect towards Spice Diana, particularly in interviews where she taunted the singer.
Chumi had previously stated that she felt pressured by Spice Diana’s manager, Roger Lubega, to work on the remix, a claim that added fuel to the fire.
Diana Stands by Her Actions and Moves Forward with New Music
Spice Diana, however, expressed shock over Chumi's remarks, emphasising that she had always cared for the artist and had welcomed her into her home.
With the remix now removed, Diana remains focused on her own music career, mentioning that she has several new songs in the works, including the track "Kagoba Ko," for which she is shooting a new video.
