The much-anticipated Music and Cultural Festival, part of the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo, will take place on May 24, 2025, at the picturesque Speke Resort Munyonyo Lakeside in Kampala, Uganda. 

This festival promises to be the grand finale of the three-day expo, which is the largest platform for tourism in Africa, showcasing the continent's diverse cultures and exceptional talent.

This year, the festival is set to be a star-studded celebration, featuring some of Africa’s most renowned artists and performers. 

Representatives from various African countries, including Kenya and South Africa, are expected to attend, adding to the excitement of the event.

The festival will highlight Africa’s rich cultural tapestry through a vibrant mix of music, dance, and performance.

One of the most exciting aspects of the festival is the reunion of the iconic Blu 3. The trio, which includes Cindy Sanyu, Jackie Chandiru, and Lilian, will take the stage together for a performance that is expected to bring nostalgia and energy to the crowd. 

Alongside Blu 3, other headliners include the immensely talented Winnie Nwagi, Ssuna Ben, and Aliddeki Brian, who will each bring their unique style to the festival.

Adding to the excitement, the popular comedian Salvado will host the event, ensuring plenty of laughter and entertainment throughout the day. 

The festival will also feature Sheilla Gashumba, known as the Lil Stunner, who has recently ventured into deejaying, and Sheilla Salta, both of whom will co-host the festival with style and flair.

Tickets for the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo Music and Cultural Festival are now available for purchase. Ordinary tickets are priced at 20,000 UGX, while VIP access can be secured for 50,000 UGX. The festival is proudly supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, Uganda Tourism Board, Explore Uganda, and Uganda Wildlife Authority. Organised by Talent Africa Group, this event will be a remarkable celebration of music, culture, and unity, showcasing the best of what Africa has to offer.
