From Gospel Star to Intellectual Giant
Once a celebrated member of the iconic gospel group Limit X, Dr. Sempebwa shared the stage with fellow members Paul Mutebi, Paul Serukenya, and Isaac Rucci, gaining widespread recognition in the 1990s.
The group was renowned for its electrifying performances and uplifting gospel music.

However, as time passed, Limit X disbanded, and the members pursued different paths. For Dr. Sempebwa, his journey led him to become a renowned intellectual who has worked in over 87 countries, authored 18 books, and earned a reputation as one of Africa's most influential thought leaders.
Mangoes and Meaningful Connections
During the launch, Dr. Sempebwa captivated the audience with personal anecdotes and profound reflections.
He compared relationships to mango picking, sharing a childhood memory of enjoying mangoes despite often picking rotten ones.
“If you’ve never picked a bad one, you’ve never truly gone mango picking,” he said, explaining that the same applies to human relationships—one must experience both the good and bad to truly understand the value of connection.
His book, People-ology, provides practical principles for building strong, meaningful relationships while offering readers tools to evaluate the impact of the people around them.
