The singer, who was speaking to the media on Wednesday, May 29, explained that he had been coming from a bar that morning and, after being told that it was Alien Skin's birthday, he passed by to say hi.
They live in the same neighbourhood.
The one-half of Goodlyfe was unapologetic, saying his condition is what's expected of someone after drinking.
He also assured those sharing unsolicited opinions that he spent his own money.
Baby mama speaks out
When the video emerged, the internet called for efforts to rehabilitate Weasel.
However, his baby mama, Sandra Teta, who appeared on Galaxy TV on Wednesday, said that he has no problem that requires that kind of treatment.
"Weasel doesn't have any problem. Of course, he is not perfect like any other human being... He has no serious problem. He is okay," Teta said.
"I don't think he needs to be rehabilitated."
According to her, Weasel can't just rid himself of memories of his late singing partner Mowzey Radio, considering their history, so sometimes it affects him emotionally.
She acknowledged that sometimes he breaks down but she believes the public blows it out of proportion.
The Weasel concert
Weasel is set to hold a show dubbed 'Welcome To The Goodlife Concert', and it's slated for August 9 at Hotel Africana in Kampala.
He hasn't held a show since Mowzey Radio died in 2018.
Teta said they had been planning for it since last year.
It will be organised by Nobat Events, who contacted them after the Ray G concert, which he also put together and was successful.
