A major highlight of the conference was the discussion on Vivo Energy Uganda's strategic initiatives. Alinafe Mkavea, Chief Commercial Officer at Vivo Energy, emphasised the company’s focus on expanding its network of Shell Select stores.

“The expansion of our network presents incredible opportunities for all of us,” Mkavea stated.

“New sites mean increased business opportunities, greater incomes, and a more extensive market reach.”

This network expansion is pivotal to Vivo Energy’s long-term strategy, positioning the company as a leader in Uganda’s energy and convenience retail market.

The company’s efforts to standardise store designs and prioritise customer experience were also discussed.

Vivo Energy has increasingly integrated big data to make informed decisions that drive both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
