Why Babu Owino is looking for this watchman [Photos]

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino is looking for a security officer who used to be a university student but dropped out.

In a post on his Twitter account, Babu Owino urged Kenyans to share any information they had on the security guard.

The Embakassi East Member of Parliament revealed that he wanted to sponsor the security guard so that he may continue with his education.

"If anyone knows the whereabouts of this comrade who dropped from the university to be a watchman because of lack of fees to alert me.I want to help him complete his studies," the MP stated.

Challenged by Kenyans

Babu posted a photograph of himself and the young man which was taken back in university and another one of the man working as a watchman.

Tweeps rallied behind the MP and thanked him for taking steps that could change the young mans life.

Some reminded the Embakasi East MP that there were many similar cases of young people not being able to afford their education.

The MP was challenged by tweeps to use his voice in the National Assembly and champion for a Bill on education that could save struggling students.
