All roads around Parliament will be sealed off to any traffic due to the ongoing film production activities within the precincts of Parliament starting Friday 09 March.
In a statement seen by Pulse Live Uganda, Parliament’s Communications Director and Public Affairs Chris Obore has advised the public to avoid roads around Parliament.
Isaiah 60 Productions, a local production film company, will be shooting a film within the precincts of Parliament and the activities will be extended to the roads around Parliament.
The production company was granted permission from all relevant authorities including Uganda Police Force and Kampala Capital City Authority.
The production activities are supposed to conclude on 11 March, 2018.
The public has also been urged to remain calm and cause no alarm since there will be presence of actors in military fatigue and equipment, simulated gun sounds and increased movement of people.
