Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has directed the Parliament Committee on Rules & Discipline to investigate the authenticity of the video clip and report back to her.

The honorable member of parliament was speaking to NTV when he made the reckless statements.

"As a man, you need to discipline your wife...touch her a bit, tackle her and beat her to streamline her,” he said.
