Police in Ugandas capital, Kampala, have arrested a man for allegedly conning people millions of money and human trafficking.
Nasser Seremba was arrested after authorities received numerous reports accusing him of claiming to be a recruitment agent for jobs in China.
He has been charged with human trafficking and obtaining money by false pretence and operating a recruitment agency without a licence.
The suspected human trafficker is currently being detained at Old Kampala Police Station
A police report has revealed that he had conned 'clients' a lot of money worth UGX58m with a promise for better-paying jobs.
Seremba would reportedly issue fake receipts, process fake passports and visas.
"Seremba would narrate to his unsuspecting clients China stories, experiences and had promised over 13 graduates English teaching jobs through his rich connections as soon as they set foot in China," a police report says
