City businessman and socialite is on the run for very many reasons, including not paying $300K (about UGX1.1bn) which he borrowed from Godfrey Kirumira last year and allegedly leaking sex tapes after a failed blackmail attempt.
With all the mess circulating Pemba, a city socialite Honey Suleman, has accused him of leaking their sex tapes after a failed blackmail.
Ms. Suleman claims that the city businessman released their sex tapes after she failed to pay $5,000 (UGX18m) in a blackmail plot.
She took it to social media to say "I'm not paying anyone any amount of money for your blackmails", adding "feel free to release the second video as well and you won't have anything else to blackmail me with".
All this drama comes after court issued an arrest warrant for Pemba if he fails to pay UGX1.1bn which he owes businessman Mr. Kirumira.
The businessman's blackmail allegations to extort money come as a surprise especially after he bought a UGX620m car.
A few weeks ago, Pemba hosted a lavish birthday party for his first wife at Kampala Serena Hotel where Ugandan music legends, The Afrigo Band, and Congolese Lingala Maestro Koffi Olomide perfromed.
Uganda's Pornography Control Committee strongly criticised the circulation of explicit content on social media and it's has been warning socialites and musicians of possible arrests if found guilty of such.
