Kamyuka stabbed Johnie to death using a broken bottle glass after a brawl over a woman at Guvnor, a popular hangout in Uganda's capital, Kampala.

Court accuses him of ignoring the role of security when the late Johnie attacked him.

The High Court Justice Wilson Kwesiga said Kamyuka used excessive force despite the late Johnie's provocations.

Justice Kwesiga exonerated him of murder charges that had been earlier preferred against him.

His sentence will be served at 2PM (EAT)
