The two partners exchanged vows at a private ceremony attended by family and close friends in Kampala.

"They told me you will know it when you feel it and I did indeed. I Do," Dave Dash wrote on social media.

His wedding comes a year after he checked into rehab for drug abuse.

Dave Dash is now working with Reach A Hand Uganda, a non-profit organisation, sharing knowledge about sexual and reproductive health and rights.
