The victim was prompted to stay overnight since the pastor reportedly came home late in the company of his friend.

"In the middle of the night, he started caressing, squeezing as he drew closer and eventually started kissing me. I tried to resist but he was strong and threatened to harm me if I didn't. However, promised to introduce me to a new life of earning dollars and being rich."

According to the police report released on Thursday, the pastor allegedly applied a lubricant to the boy's anus and sodomized him.

Increase donor funding

The pastor reportedly told his friend to record and take pictures of the act.

He said the photos and video would influence donors to increase his funding.

Medical examinations

The 16-year-old boy was subjected to a medical examination after he claimed that he discovered a seminal fluid was coming out from his rectum.

A doctor's reported confirmed that "an unnatural sexual connection had been committed".

Habitual sodomy suspect

A police report pins Pastor Ronnie for being a 'habitual sodomy suspect'.

This was the second time he was being arrested on sodomy charges at Mukono Police Station.

In 2016, he managed to bribe his way into the victim's family and the case was prematurely closed because 'family expressed no further interest in the case'
