NRM rebel MP, also Lwemiyaga County MP Theodore Ssekikubo, has filed a petition to High Court seeking to block the Law Development Center (LDC) graduation over what he calls discrimination.

Mr. Ssekikubo alleges that LDC is denying him a chance to graduate after his name was omitted on the final graduation list.

He wants court to issue a "temporary injunction" against the law institution ordering it to halt the graduation until his case is resolved.

Lyemiyaga County MP was pursuing a post graduate diploma in Civil Litigation and Corporate & Commercial practice -- a programme where he failed supplementary examinations and advised to sit again in the next academic year.

Court documents reveal that Mr Ssekikubo "knows candidates who were favoured and passed" by LDC management and was "discriminated".

Law Development Center graduation is scheduled to happen on 27th April.
