Museveni names new cabinet: Nabbanja, Alupo, Janet stay; Kasaija, Nankabirwa out

 President Yoweri Museveni has named a new cabinet for the 2026-31 term.

On the new list, Museveni retained her Vice President, Jesica Alupo and Prime Minister Robina Nabbanja as well as Education Minister Janet Kataaha Museveni

A few of the long serving ministers including Finance Minister Matia Kasaija, Gen Muses Ali and Hon Ruth Nankabrwa have been replaced.
