Museveni cautions against alcoholism and sex in Christmas message

President Kaguta Museveni has warned Ugandans against alcoholism and promiscuity during the festive season.

In his Christmas message, the head of state urged Ugandans to celebrate responsibly because the two 'come with a price'.

Museveni, 74, has also assured Ugandans of an incident-free festive season as security agencies stay on alert.

It has been a tradition for the president to remind Ugandans about the dangers of alcoholism and 'umalaya' -- a Swahili word for 'sex for profit'.
