Speaking to Pulselive Uganda on Friday in an exclusive interview, he disclosed that MC Mariachi, real names Charles Kasozi, is the hottest thing that is happening to the country's comedy industry right now.

"MC Mariachi is the hottest comedian at the moment. He is humble besides being funny. Humility is one of the biggest trait you can ever have as a human being," Idringi said.

Mariachi, who started as an MC for local karaoke businesses in 2009, has been doing commercial comedy for about five years now.

Salvador described him as a "respectful" person who doesn't bash people and that he is "very proud" that Mariachi is his good friend.

"Right now I can call Mariachi and he comes running. He is humble and very respectful, he doesn't bash people. I'm very proud that he is my friend," he said

The celebrated comedian also exchanged a good-natured banter saying "Mariachi doesn't' know English very well, otherwise I wouldn't have a career".
