Kenyan musician King Kaka is set to share the same platform with some of the most celebrated personalities in the world at this year’s goalkeepers conference in September 25 and 26 at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.

The Promise Land singer will rub shoulders with the second richest man in the world Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates as well one of the United Kingdom’s greatest singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer Ed Sheeran.

Prominent people

Other prominent people who will attend will be SheShays founder Trisha Shetty, Mumbai-based poet Aranya Johar, Mozambican politician and humanitarian Graca Machel and Chief Innovation Officer for the government of Sierra Leone.

Taking to his social media page, Kaka Empire C.E.O captioned,

“Another win for  Very excited to be speaking at this year’s Goalkeepers alongside Trisha Shetty ,Ed Sheeran , Bill Gates ,Aranya Johar ,Melinda Gates ,Graca Machel ,David Sengeh. New York see you this September. ,” he captioned.

The Foundation was started last year by Bill Gates and his wife Melinda Gates. The reason for starting the Foundation was to eradicate poverty, inequality and diseases.

According to its profile, it is a catalyst for action, bringing leaders from around the world to share what is working, what’s not and to forge new partnerships for action.

Those who spoke at the first conference last year were Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, former U.S.A President Barack Obama as well as Nobel Peace Prize winners Leymah Gbowee and Malala Yousafzai
