Bandari F.C head coach, Anthony “Modo” Kamani has said he is not worried about the loss of his team after losing to league leaders, Gor Mahia, 2-1 in a league encounter that took place at the Mbaraki Stadium in Mombasa yesterday.
Bandari, who came into this fixture on the back of 3 wins from their last 5 fixtures, were found unstuck after Gor Mahia decided to take a cautious approach yesterday in order to counter Bandari’s possession based football.

“There are lots of positives that we can pick from this particular match,” he said, “we created a lot of chances today. I would have worried if we had not created the chances that we created,” he added.
“Going forwards, I am sure the next match will be as tough as this one. We know what we have to do in order to rectify the problem back in training.”
Gor Mahia head coach John McKinstry was full of praise about Bandari’s good run of form after the match and shares in Kimani’s sentiments.
“Bandari have been on a great run of form.Ahead of the game, they were the most in-form team in the league.
“It would have been easy to just come here and go home with a point like most teams have, but we have taken 3 points against a tough team and we are very pleased with that.”
