Mr. Mukiibi, aka General, wanted since 2016, was arrested after a "tip off by concerned citizens whilecollecting money from his clients", according to police authorities.

Authorities recovered huge amounts of marijuana after raiding and searching his house in Bulenga.

His record books revealed that the herb was pending to be supplied to the city suburbs of Makindye, Kikoni and Kisenyi.

Police also arrested notable two marijuana dealers; Mellisa and Alex Tebagalika who reportedly supply the herb around the city center.

General is currently being detained at Kampala Central Police Station as investigations continue.
