The president congratulated Bebe Cool for hosting a successful concert saying "witnessing young people having fun peacefully" gives him great satisfaction "with the work we have done over the last decades to ensure peace and security in our country".

"It also strengthens my conviction that the isolated cases of murders that have been carried out in the recent past will be conclusively dealt with. I cannot imagine who would want to hurt such young people enjoying themselves in their 'bikeesa' except pigs," he said.

The 73-year-old leader cautioned young Ugandans against reckless sexual behaviour which sometimes "leads to contracting HIV/AIDS".
