Guard rails along the road tore through the vehicle after it lost control and rammed into the guard rails claiming the life of Murang’a County Public Service Board chairman Titus Kinyanjui Waithaka.

Murang’a governor Mwangi wa Iria confirmed the unfortunate incident.

The accident is similar to that which claimed the life of Nyeri governor Wahome Gakuru last year in November.

Details about the accident are scanty with police and members of the public at the scene
