On 17th May, NBS TV publicly apologized for Gashumba for "inconveniencing and embarrassing him" after the station made "inaccurate statements"against him -- involving conning money from people.

The motivational speaker who "decided to forgive and let go of all this" said; "an apology makes more sense if it is moved from paper to actions" as he announced a new motivational TV show.

He shared on social media telling his followers about "a new and massive inspiration TV show".

Gashumba urged his over digital crowd to look "forward to what I have in stock for you".

Last year, he was kicked off a political talk show, which he claims to have birthed, after he disagreed to the management's decision to change the concept of the show.
