Bobi Wines wife Barbie Kyagulanyi and lawyers have arrived in Gulu ahead of his scheduled trial today.

The group is worried that the Kyadondo East legislator might be badly injured after being denied access to a military facility where he is reportedly being detained.

On Wednesday Bobi Wine's personal photographer claimed that a senior police officer revealed that he was "under intense treatment" at a military facility.

About an hour ago, the chairperson of the General Court Martial, Lt Gen Andrew Gutti, reportedly left for Gulu to chair a court session where Bobi Wine will be tried for treason.

Bobi Wine also access other two charges including unlawful possession of firearms and malicious damage to the motor vehicle belonging to the convoy of the president.
