Zziwa and Muwanga were arrested while covering the last day of Arua by-elections campaigns on Monday -- which turned chaotic.

At least one person, driver of Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), was killed after police fired live bullets and tear gas to disperse clashing supporters in Arua town.

Security operatives arrested about other 30 people including Members of Parliament and Kassiano Wadri - candidate vying in the Arua Municipality parliamentary seat.
